What is VTEC Actually?

Honda developed a VTEC (Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control) structure to enhance the compressibility competence of a four-stroke internal combustion engine, developing in greater performance at high RPM, and lesser fuel consumption at low RPM.
