Shahrukh Khan’s Sarcasm needs no addressing. We know that Shah Rukh Khan has made a name for himself worldwide because of his incredible acting skills, but I think we all agree, that his quips are what makes us laugh the most.
The actor happens to be one of the most intellectual celebrities of our time.
He was often mocked about being a college drop out for years, but in 2016, he received his degree and has been awarded several honorary certifications from Yale, La Trobe, and has even received one by the hands of former President of India Mr. Pranab Mukherjee.
Besides his certifications, SRK has displayed his intellectual prowess on several occasions. Of course, his appearance on KBC was an act of celebration, but I am talking about his sarcasm.
His responses are so spontaneous and self-deprecating at times that we can’t help but laugh.
For instance, when a reporter asked him,
“Salman was moved to tears during your stage appearance together at Sensations 2005 when you said kind words about him. Is your relationship going well now ?”
His response:
If you shouldn’t ask a woman about her age, you certainly shouldn’t question a man about his income.
SRK managed to use this concept to politely divert such questions with humor when a reporter asked him,
“We heard you are getting paid quite a lot for KBC-3 but you have been tight lipped about it. Could you let us know how much they are paying you?”
People talk, that’s what they do. SRK’s sexual preferences have often been questioned due to his close friendship with the legendary director and producer, Karan Johar. However, for a man with a killer sense of humor, it doesn’t bother him.
When we were young, we were taught, if you laugh at your own foolishness, the world laughs with you, not at you.
At times he’s got responses, that would make you roll around on the floor, laughing. At least it made me laugh out so loud that my neighbor’s dog started barking.
But just because he jokes around, Don’t take him lightly. He knows his own value and he reminds the world from time to time that he is, in fact, The King.
He also teaches us to believe in ourselves. In this world where everything is a competition, we have a project the best version of ourselves.
This can only be achieved when we learn to believe that we are the Best. SRK believes that and inspires us to do the same.
If we don’t believe in ourselves, why would anyone else?
We know he is a diplomatic man. And why wouldn’t he be? The King has to be diplomatic, isn’t that what history has taught us? Besides, a man with his intellect knows when to answer a question with a question.

Diplomacy aside, he is still the witty King of the World. None of us like stupid questions but SRK has his own brand of sarcasm for over smart people.
Despite all else SRK is SRK. Who says beauty, or should I say ‘cute and handsome’ doesn’t come with brains?
Every time he opens his mouth, the combination of wit, humor and sarcasm simply kills.
