I am a diabetic, I use natural remedies and I have practiced some good discipline and managed to reverse it by a major percent. I stopped medication but i keep the natural practice on and these days whenever I measure my blood sugar, I am happy to see Its under control, i am managing without medication. So its some sacrifice and more of discipline.
And yes it may take a longer time for people with very high sugar levels and more hard work but you need to start sometime to reach your goal. You need to make up your mind and go for it. And not give up even if the progress is slow, your persistence will definitely pay.
The best practice is natural remedies (herbs, plants and seeds), yoga, walks, and restrictions from foods which are not good for diabetics. You need to follow this discipline dedicatedly; it will surely bring good results. But initially you need to continue medication for sometime according to your level of blood sugar. And keep doing the test and slowly decrease the medication count, but continue with the natural remedies, yoga and walks. And when the sugar level is normal, stop the medication and keep the natural practice on, and keep testing, you will see victory.

We read that some people have conquered diabetes and are happy now. In any case we are suffering with the decease why not try to overcome it by positive thinking and natural practice. Who knows we may be fortunate.
While yoga and walks are always good for any other ailments too, they are a cure for many other sicknesses. So it’s a hundred percent win win situation. While the sickness is being slowly overcome, the mind and body are also being tuned and becoming tougher physically and in building a stronger immunity to fight any other deceases too. A healthy mind and body is the best shield against all ailments in life.
As we believe nothing is impossible, all we need to is to tune our mind and go for it. We shall overcome. But there are times when your blood sugar may shoot up because of eating sweets or other things, for these days it is advised to take an allopathic pill which helps to bring down the sugar level. I too do so on emergency.
While I write here, I am still on my natural discipline lifestyle to keep a control on Diabetes. (Now I too can eat sweets sometimes without being worried about my sugar level).
